Old Mill Farm sits on the banks of the River Dart at Greenway, and backs on to Agatha Christie's Greenway Estate, now owned by the National Trust. Boating, sailing and canoeing are on the doorstep, as well as sea fishing trips, even a fully catered champagne picnic boat

A regular ferry service to Dartmouth and Dittisham runs from Greenway Quay (5 mins.) 

Golfers are well catered for with Churston Golf Club (5 mins), a beautiful headland course with spectacular views of Torbay.
